Best Spice for Excellent Tortilla Soup!!!

I love this spice. It makes the most amazing tortilla soup. Saute onions, green peppers, garlic, roasted corn, large can of diced tomatoes, chicken broth and shreaded roasted chicken plus a bunch of pueblo rub and you are set. Throw some tortilla chips, fresh avacado, cilantro and lime juice on top of each bowl and you will be a happy camper. Why try to make this mix yourself when you can buy the perfect blend... Pueblo Rub totally rocks.
Great for steaks too!

Reviewer: av_gadget,
I used this on steaks as a dry rub. All you need is around 1/2 teaspoon per side, and drizzle with a bit of olive oil. Rub it in real good with a tiny bit of salt and let sit for 30 minutes (or not). Thrown them on a hot grill for a few minutes to your desire doness, and they are as good as you get from any steak house.

The key is to not put too much and overpowering the flavor of the meat. Put just enough so you almost couldn't taste the spice. It does a real good job bringing out the true flavor of the meat.

One can of this actually last me a whole summer grilling season. I found nothing better than this rub for steak so far. Hightly recommended!
