Received quickly. About 1 hour to assemble with pictures only for directions. Grill is designed well and seems to have even heat across the grid. Was looking for the smaller size that had fold down shelves. Also being natural gas is a plus. This is just what I wanted in a grill.
great grill, slow delivery and poor customer service by Amazon

Reviewer: c-man,
Took my Weber siver genesis to my cabin and got the Broil King to replace it. Units are about equivalent in performance; W has parallel burners, BK has side by side circular type burners; BK was set up for natural gas, W had to be converted; BK came with rotissiere and a nice flexible quick release gas line, with W these were extras I had to buy; prefer the control setup on BK as W are on the top of the side counter top, preventing the use of the surface area. Cost of the two about equivalent but as noted BK came with what you needed to get grilling. My problems were the long delivery time with Super Saving delivery by Amazon, would have taken nine days had I not gone to the carrier's terminal to get it, so I got it in six days. Thermometer did not work, either registered about 100 or 600 with nothing in between. Called Amazon who told me I needed to call BK, best they could do was give me 10% off buying a replacement from them. I really did not care for that approach and doubt if I will buy any more large items from Amazon. Called BK and, after a very pleasant conversation, they immediateley sent a replacement, no charge. Amazon may want to give them a call to learn how to talk to customers.
