| The recipes in this book are easy to follow, and fun to make. Whether you are a restaurant chef, or are just cooking at home, there is a little something for everyone! The Cherry Q sauce on chicken is my favorite so far; but there are so many different recipes for sauces, rubs, and marinades, there is bound to be something for all types of meats and fish, too. I'd recommend this book for anyone interested in cooking with beer; the possibilities are endless! |
