| i have use one before and i had to have one for my self. it works great great for meat over the camp fire and to heat up water. |

| this was exactly what i was looking for; a grill for backpacking. simple, sturdy construction. it was a little too long for my pack, but ten minutes with a hacksaw and it's a perfect fit. |

| I wasn't very satisfied with this grill for my purposes. I'm sure it would do the job just fine if you're looking for an inexpensive grill to carry in the car to a drive-up campsite but it's not sturdy enough for frequent dependable use and it's much too big to be carried on a backpack. |
