As the competition heats up in the 2nd installment of TLC's BBQ Pitmasters, Smokin' in Mesquite, the contestants face-off against each other in a meat-soaked battle of the Pits.
The $40,000 dollar prize money is not going to be an easy catch with such tough competition from the 7 contestants which include; Myron Mixon, Tuffy Stone, Lee Ann Whippen, Paul Petersen, Jamie Geer, Harry Soo and Johnny Trigg.
They are competing in horrendous conditions (see episode 2!), for the $40,000 dollar prize which at this stage, could be anyone's.
In the clip below a severe thunderstorm threatens the chances of several teams during the Mesquite BBQ Championship, but despite the adverse weather, battle on courageously.
