Parkers Barbecue was founded by Graham and Ralph Parker and a cousin Henry Parker Brewer who is reknowned for serving up some of the best Eastern North Carolina style food.

The brothers success stemmed from their travels as tobacco company buyers working their rounds which in turn helped to get the word out about the good food that that had come across, and today, Parkers Barbecue stands proud, being awarded a well deserved recognition for their ongoing success as North Carolinas Best Quest for Barbecue winners.
