Reviewer: Susan Lancaster,
This book features many complete menus for various occasions and holidays. In addition, it also has individual recipes for all kinds of foods. There are appetizers, soups, salads, desserts, etc. The recipes are easy to follow that consist of everyday ingredients and display great photos of the actual dishes. They are not outlandish or too elaborate, yet they are full of flavor. We have made so many of the dishes and continue to use them time and time again. People have loved our barbecues and always ask for the recipes. I am actually buying it as a house warming gift for first time b-b-q'ers... I highly recommend it.
