This
16” Smoker has become the recognized symbol for barbecue cooking.
With its offset firebox and large cooking chamber it can easily
cook for a small family or feed up to 40 people. The double
damper system makes it easy to regulate the temperature. From
a low 160 degrees for slow smoking to 250 degrees for barbecuing
all the way up to 325 for grilling, this cooker can do it
all. This classic style has been around for over 20 years
and is the most popular wood burning/charcoal smoker ever
sold.

firebox (located far right side of unit) contains a charcoal
grill perfect for grilling steaks and burgers. The horizontal
BBQ chamber (located center) can maintain the ideal barbecuing
temperature of 250 degrees for hours. This is the perfect
spot for cooking ribs, brisket, pork roasts and chicken. The
vertical slow smoking chamber cooks at temperatures from 160
to 200 degrees -- perfect for sausage, fish, turkey, jerky
and even cheese.
