
BBQ Beef and Provolone Sandwich
Ingredients
3 Tbsp. Ketchup
2 Tbsp. Mustard
1/2 cup Barbecue Sauce
3 Tbsp. chopped Onions, raw,
6 Hamburger buns
1lb Ground beef, extra lean
6 slices Cheese, Provolone Reduced Fat
6 slices of lettuce
Preparation
Toast Hamburger buns for best taste... Cook beef and onions in large
skillet. Once browned drain and place back in skillet.
Combine beef and onions with ketchup, mustard, and barbecue sauce...
cook on low heat until mixture is warm.
Spoon evenly into 6 toasted hamburger buns. Place provolone and lettuce
into each sandwich.
Serve warm. Makes 6 servings.
