Ingredients
Barbecue Sauce, .5 cup (8 fl oz)
Garlic, 1 clove
Pepper, black, 1 dash
Regular Beer, 6 fl oz
Beef chuck, 1 lb
Salt, 2 dash
Preparation
Trim any excess fat from ribs. Place ribs in a Dutch oven or large
cooking pot. Mix together beer, chopped garlic clove, salt and pepper.
Pour over ribs. Let marinate in fridge for about 2 hours.
Take out of fridge and let sit at room temp for about 20 minutes and
then sear off beef in frying pan. Throw beef back into beer mixture in
pot. Bring to boiling over high heat.
Reduce heat to low. Simmer, covered, for about 2 hours or until
fork-tender.
Prepare outdoor grill to medium heat. Place ribs on grill; brush with
Barbecue Sauce. Grill, covered, turning often and brushing with
remaining barbecue sauce, for 15 minutes or until slightly crispy on
the outside.
Serve with additional barbecue sauce, if desired.
