
Billy's BBQ Hamburger Bonanza
This recipe yields 4 servings
Ingredients
1 lb ground round
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3 Tbls. cajun power garlic sauce
1 Tbls. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tblack pepper
4 Tbls. italian bread crumbs
1 tsp. old bay seasoning
1 can mushrooms
4 Tbls. butter
1/2 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
Saute mushrooms in 1/2 stick of butter. Mix ground beef with spices
thoroughly.
Fashion into thin patties (1/4"); 5 inches in diameter as they will
shrink and get "thicker" after grilling. Grill until desired doneness.
Garnish with mushrooms, tomatoes, sharp cheddar cheese and lettuce.
Serve on an Onion roll. Purple onion slices are alternative if you
prefer a little bit more texture on your burger.
