
Swiss Tony's Barbecue Steak
Ingredients
1 and 1/2 pounds round steak cut into 6 servings shopping list
1/2 cup barbecue sauce shopping list
1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes undrained shopping list
1 12 oz jar beef gravy or 1and 1/2 cups homemade beef gravy shopping
list
1 cup frozen corn shopping list
1 medium onion cut into thin wedges shopping list
6 cups hot mashed potatoes shopping list
Preparation
Heat oven to 325 degrees
In a ungreased 13 by 9 glass baking dish combine tomatoes, gravy, and
barbecue sauce, blending well
Add corn and onion mix well
Place beef in mixture spooning the mixture over the beef
Cover with foil
Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes
To serve place one cup of mashed potatoes in a shallow bowl and top
with beef and veggie mixture.
