
Barbecue fish marinade
A wonderfully moist barbecue fish marinade recipe
5
large tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 handful of fresh Rosemary
2/3 sprigs of coriander, chopped
1 Bay Leaf
1 teaspoon of salt
1 small onion finely chopped
2 cloves of Garlic, sliced
1 Good shake of ground black pepper
Glass of White Wine

Combine
the ingredients into a glass or ceramic bowl and then carefully brush
on the fish marinade.
Leave to stand, covered, in a fridge for at least 2 hours before
cooking. |
