Why
not try this superb barbecue lamb marinade at your next BBQ? The lemon
and honey add a great zingy sweetness while the asian influences offer
an aromatic and spicy edge.
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

15 ml wholegrain mustard

2 g grated lemon zest

30 ml lemon juice
-
30 ml honey
-
4 g Tandoori or red powder
-
5 g Sambal Olek (Red chilli paste)

2 g ground turmeric
DIRECTIONS

In a glass bowl, stir together the garlic, mustard, lemon zest, lemon
juice, honey, curry powder, chile paste and turmeric. Rub into any cut
of lamb, and coat the meat in the barbecue lamb marinade and leave for at least 3 hours before cooking as required.
