2 cloves of garlic 1/2 c. lemon juice 2 tbsp. olive oil Grated lemon rind 1 tbsp. roughly chopped fresh rosemary or 1 tsp. dried 1/8 tsp. basil 1/8 tsp. lemon pepper Pork roast, chops, pieces Combine together garlic, lemon juice, oil, rind, rosemary, basil, and pepper.
Place the pork in large sealable plastic bag and then pour in the barbecue pork marinade.
Seal
and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
Turn the pork once in a while observing that the meat is not overcooked too much on one side.
Drain away the excess liquid and reserve the remains of the beef marinade, reserve marinade; brush on the pork during cooking.
Grill about 6
minutes each side or until juices run clear. This barbecue pork marinade tastes great when used on ribs
or pork roast also.
