
Mango, honey and shallot marinade
A really fruity bbq marinade recipe
1
tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp water
½ tsp curry powder, e.g. Madras-Style
1 tbsp tomato sauce, ketchup
1 pinch(es) salt
250 g spicy mango chutney

Method
Mix the ingredients for the marinade. Add the meat or fish and combine
well. Store covered in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with a coriander and cucumber raitha. |
