Mango, honey and shallot marinade

A really fruity bbq marinade recipe

1 tbsp     vegetable oil
1 tbsp     balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp     white wine vinegar
1 tbsp     honey
1 tbsp     water
½ tsp     curry powder, e.g. Madras-Style
1 tbsp     tomato sauce, ketchup
1 pinch(es)     salt
250 g     spicy mango chutney


Mango, honey and shallot marinade
Method

Mix the ingredients for the marinade. Add the meat or fish and combine well. Store covered in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with a coriander and cucumber raitha.
