ml tomato sauce
120 ml water
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 clove(s) garlic, minced
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Method
Combine all ingredients and stir well. Place pork roast
in a large food storage bag and fill with marinade. Marinate pork
overnight.
Put marinated pork roast in a crockpot. Cover and cook on low heat for
8 to 10 hours. |
