Red Wine Barbecue Marinade

Ingredients

1/3 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper

Preparation

Combine all of the ingredients, stirring until well blended.
