Oozing Cheezy Bread

We, especially my 12 year old daughter, love these!

Make some bread dough, any recipe will do, but using interesting flours or herbs in it is nice.
Shape into egg sized balls.
Make a hole in the middle of each and stuff with a big cube of your favourite cheese (let everyone choose their own).
Seal the dough around the cheese.
Leave to rest in a warm place for a while.
To cook, just pop on the BBQ for a few minutes, turning frequently, until toasted and risen

Eat & enjoy! they just ooze!

These are also delicious cold, but to be honest we always think we have made too many, but they all get eaten. KIds enjoy helping to make them.

Serve with loads of salad, BBQ'd meat or fish and nice wine.
