
Chinese Barbecue Chicken Wings
These
tasty oriental BBQ wings are spicy and slightly hot, great served hot
or cold
24 Chicken wings, separated -- tips discarded 2 cups Soy sauce 2 teaspoons Prepared mustard (the Asian -- kind not Frenches) 2 teaspoons Freshly grated ginger 1/2 cup Sugar 2 teaspoons Finely chopped garlic
1. Combine soy,mustard, ginger, sugar and garlic, stir well,then pour over the chicken wings.
2. Cover and refrigerate the chicken wings over night.

When you are ready to start cooking, gently oil the grill with a light
coating of vegetable oil or cooking spray, raise the temperature on the
grill to moderately hot, and cook until lightly golden on both sides
and check to make sure that the juices run clear and there is no sign
of pinkness inside.
