York Buffalo Chicken Wings
These
BBQ chicken wings have a delicious cheesy dip to go with them

pounds Chicken wings -- Salt and pepper
1 Bottle
Crystal's sauce
-----FOR
THE NEW YORK STYLE CHEESE DIP-----
1 ounce
Crumbled bleu cheese
1/3 cup
Mayonnaise
2
tablespoons Milk
Celery
sticks
Lop the
tips off the chicken wings and cut into drummettes.
Discard tips or use
for stock. Brush the BBQ grill with a little oil, bring up to a
moderately high heat, and Q on both sides until the skin starts to go
crispy. If the skin starts to blacken early, move the chicken to the
outer edge of the grill away from the heat slightly.
Prepare the New York style cheese dip by mixing and arrange all on a
platter while piping hot.
The barbecue wings wings are traditionally served with bleu cheese and celery.
