
Barbecued Chicken Burritos
Ingredients
3 chicken breasts, poached and shredded shopping list
olive oil shopping list
1 green bell pepper, julienned shopping list
1 green pepper, julienned shopping list
1 onion, julienned shopping list
Tony Chacherie’s seasoning shopping list
barbecue sauce shopping list
shredded mexican cheese shopping list
flour tortillas (10-“)
Preparation
Poach the chicken breasts in the crockpot with salt and pepper for 3
hours on high, drain off the chicken and shred it.
Put the veggies in a skillet and cooked down until limp in the olive
oil.
Add the seasoning as the veggies were cooking.
Mixed the barbecue sauce in with the chicken by hand until it reached a
consistency to your liking.
Warm up the tortillas in the microwave and serve up the chicken with
the veggies and cheese, along with some nachos which make a great
accompanyment to this recipe.
