
Sticky Baked Barbecue Chicken
Ingredients
Sauce:
1 cup peach jam
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 TBSP. soy sauce
1 chicken, cut into pieces
Preparation
Combine sauce ingredients in saucepan and heat until well-blended.
Place chicken in a shallow 9x13" casserole and pour sauce over all.
Bake at 325°F for one hour. Baste during last 1/2 hour of cooking.
NOTE: Put the chicken pieces or just wings and drumsticks in a glass
9x13" casserole, cover with foil and bake for 45-60 minutes in a 350°F
oven.
When they are cooked through, pour the sauce over and bake
uncovered for 15 minutes more. Make double the sauce to have lots for
your rice.
