
Big Grub rub
This is a well balanced and delicious tasting rub
that goes well with almost any meat

tablespoons gar
lic powder
2 tablespoons fresh ground black pepper
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons mustard powder (Colemans)
1 tablespoon hot chili powder or cayenne
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano -- crushed

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Sprinkle
on and rub into ribs, tri-tips, ste
aks, etc... and let sit at least 1 hour before cooking in a grill or
smoker.
Any remaining big grub rub can be stored and used later if kept in a
cool place and stored in an airtight container.
