Cajun Rub Recipe
You will love the taste of this mild, yet spicy
cajun rub
tsp
1 1/2 tablespoon paprika
1 tbls garlic powder or 2-3 cloves of minced garlic clove
1 tbls onion powder
1 tsp dried sage
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp coriander
1 tsp oregano
tsp
1. Combine the cajun rub ingredients and store the rub in
a sanitised jam jar with a good lid, or a plastic air-tight container.
Adjust the pepper ingredients to taste, this recipe is often
described as being "medium-hot", so be careful! Cayenne ground pepper
varies greatly in strength, so use with caution!
