Dry Rub Recipe
This is dry rub recipe is a great all-rounder,
good with all meats
INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)
* 250 g white sugar
* 180 g brown sugar
* 145 g salt
* 25 g freshly ground black pepper
* 25 g paprika
DIRECTIONS
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the white and brown sugars, salt, pepper,
and paprika. Rub onto the meat 10 minutes prior to grilling or smoking.
Store any of the leftover rub in a sealed container and store in a cool
dry place.
