Good Times Barbecue Rub
Ingredients
1/2 cup salt
1/2 cup turbinado sugar
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
1 tablespoon granulated onion
2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons freshly ground pepper
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons ground nutmeg
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Store any unused rub in an airtight container.
