Spicer's Smoked Salmon Rub
Ingredients

Tablespoons Brown Sugar
2
Teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp.
Onion Powder
1 tsp.
Garlic Powder
1 tsp.
Liquid Smoke
1 tsp. Salt
Preparation
Combine
the ingredients together in a mixing bowl, adding the liquid smoke last
of all, adjusting to desired smokiness of flavor required.
Apply the
rub to the fish, any strong fish including salmon works great, and
leave the rub and flavor to soak in for at least 4 hours prior to
cooking.
