Rib Rub Recipe
Ribs, mm, now you can spice up your favourite
ribs with this tasty rib rub recipe
Ingredients:
* 1/2 cup brown sugar
* 1/4 cup paprika
* 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
* 1 tablespoon salt
* 1 tablespoon chili powder
* 1 tablespoon garlic powder or 2-3
cloves of minced garlic
* 1 tablespoon onion powder
* 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preparation:
Combine the rib rub ingredients together and transfer to an air tight
container. Prior to cooking the meat, work the rib rub into
the meat and leave to sit for 10 minutes or so prior to cooking to help
allow the flavours to infuse.
