- 1/4 cup ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons ground cayenne

Combine
the rub ingredients and rub 50% of it into the meat twelve or so hours
prior to
cooking. Apply the rest of the rub mixture before smoking it. This BBQ

to 6 pounds of meat.
This
recipe works great on pork ribs, just bake them in a covered
pan
in the oven at 240 for a couple of hours and then place them on a very
hot charcoal grill until golden brown. Add your favourite store brand
BBQ sauce turning them often ensuring that the sauce does not burn.
