Steak Rub
Ingredients
1/4 cup
Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp
White Pepper
2 tsp
Black Pepper
1/2 tsp
Cayenne Pepper
Preparation
This
barbecue steak rub is a really simple one, but a good example of how a
few ingredients used together in the right quantities can yield
excellent results.
Combine
the ingredients together in a bowl and apply liberally to your steak.
If you
have the time, allow the rub to infuse for 2-3 hours prior to grilling
by covering the steaks on a plate with clingfilm, and placing them in
the fridge.
