Magic Beef and Chicken Dust
Ingredients
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
1/4 cup paprika
2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
2 teaspoons ancho chili powder
2 tablespoons cumin
3 tablespoons sea salt
1/4 cup of brown sugar
Preparation
Combine all of the ingredients into a bowl.
Pat dry the chicken and then rub over chicken directly.
