Guacamole

1 avocado, skinned and finely chopped
juice of 1 lime
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp Schwartz Coriander Leaf
1/2 tsp Schwartz Chili Powder Hot
2 tomatoes, skinned and finely chopped

Mix together all the ingredients and chill until ready to serve.

Makes 4 servings.
