
Pickled Pete's Red Pepper BBQ Sauce
Ingredients
1c tomato puree 1t sugar 1T dry mustard 1t ginger 1t Worcestershire sauce 1T butter 1t garlic paste Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
In
small saucepan, mix all ingredients and heat on low. Mixture will be
thick. Refrigerate 4 hours to allow spices to mix and blend. Reheat on
low when ready to use.
