Papaya Slaw
Blend
a cool, sweet tropical fruit with the fire of red chiles and what

to 2 tablespoons lime juice
2 teaspoons hot bean paste
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 papayas, peeled and julienned
1 red finger chile pepper, seeded, veined, and finely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced
In
a medium bowl combine lime juice, bean paste, sugar, and salt; mix
well. Add papaya, chile pepper, cilantro, and garlic; toss to combine.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours. Serve cold.
