It comes with four interchangeable surfaces - the skottel (wok) for wok-style cooking, the barbecue for traditional barbecue-style cooking and the Non-Stick Reversible Grill (ribbed or flat) for griddle-style cooking and a useful Pot Stand (for boiling water etc.)All of the surfaces can be used with the Dome (Lid) to retain the heat and flavours. The Patio Chef also includes storage bags for the alternative cooking surfaces.
