Weber Smokers

Portability and great BBQ food from a Weber Smoker

When your need to have the tastiest, slow-smoked food gets the better of you, Weber smokers are designed to appeal to outdoor enthusiasts and everyone who enjoys the flavours that only a quality smoker can offer.

Weber has two smokers in it's range, the 18.5" and 22" Weber Smokey Mountain, both of which are provided with two full-sized cooking grates that fit snugly inside the cooking area.

The Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker Smoker can smoke both a chicken and a joint of beef at simultaneously.

With its ceramic water pan, weather resistant aluminum fuel lid, strong timber handle, and top-grade cover in the package, it is clear that the units are designed for years of good service.

The new Weber Smokey Mountain Smoker can be utlised as a basic BBQ by lifting the raising the fire pan up to the height of the grills.

Weber Smokey Mountain

If you are looking for a great solution to smoking your BBQ food, then the Smokey Mountain Cooker could be the smoker of choice for you.

The distinctive upright shape allows the Weber Smokey Mountain to pefectly smoke meat and chicken alike, making low-and-slow smoking techniques to be used and produce some of the tastiest smoked-kissed food you have ever tried.

The Weber 22 1/2 inch Smokey Mountain Cooker smoker slow cooks roasts, turkeys, hams, and the whole fish. This new 22 1/2 In. Size features two heavy-duty, plated-steel cooking grates; special lid thermometer and larger water pan help smoke foods to perfection. There is a no-rust aluminum fuel door and porcelain enameled bowl, lid and water pan.

Weber Smokey Mountain 18.5"

The long-standing early version of the Weber Smokey Mountain Smoker had very little wrong with it, and it comes as a shock to many of us early WSM owners that Weber have actually modified and improved the original version which hardly had any faults to start with!

The new revision of the Weber Smokey Mountain 18.5" Smoker sees the inclusion of a useful temperature guage and a heat shield which is positioned beneath the grill for safety.

This modification to Weber's original Smokey Mountain design will please many new owners because previously it was neccessary to drill holes to position your own temperature guage, or place one inside the grill somewhere and check back on it, releasing the heat in the process.

It can be safely said, that the new revision of the Weber Smokey Mountain Smoker is now greatly improved. Hard to believe, but true!

Weber Smokey Mountain 22"

Taking into account the massive success of the Weber Smokey Mountain Smoker, Weber has taken the format a stage further with its new 22" model. Comprising of a relatively large 726 square inches of cooking surface the Weber Smokey Mountain 22" is ideal for cookoffs, large BBQ feasts, and gatherings where up to sixty pounds of food is required.

The Weber Smokey Mountain 22" performs just as well as its smaller 18.5" sibling.

Just like the smaller model it has excellent heat retention and is very simple to use as it allows you to cook long-and-slow over extended periods with little, or no adjustment.

Added this year to the Weber Smokey Mountain Smoker includes a good quality temperature guage that is mounted on the lid, and a well engineered heat shield that is located underneath the smoker to protect anything that may be positioned below the grill. and a bottom mounted heat shield to protect any surface under the smoker.
