Just saw the first New episode of BBQ Pitmasters. Very disappointed.

I mean..really? Have the best catfish or you go home? How is your flippin coleslaw?

This is supposed to be BBW fer cryin’ out loud. Real men and women, cookin’ real MEAT!

EVERY cooking show is trying to be Iron Chef these days. Seems like if you can’t be creative, just copy others’ formula. It’s getting pretty predictable. Bring back the burning of meat.
